Horrible knowledge of services. They exagerrated our whole honeymoon package and sold us a over rated package which we paid over $5000 for and did not get half the things they said that we would get. More then half the time we spent on our honeymoon was chasing after employees at the hotel asking them to help us. Half of them did not speak English or offered to help. We contacted travelteck with our concerns while on our honeymoon in a foreign country and they did not respond to us. The first day when we got here we had emailed them thanking them because the place looked beautiful but once we started having concerns they did not reply to ANY of our emails. We over paid for the package which is fine to an extent but some service would be appreciated. We did not see half the service that they claimed the resort offered and they said that they "ALWAYS GIVE US MORE THEN IS PROMISED" which with didn't see from the travel agency or resort! We were told that if we paid $500 extra we could upgrade our room to a oceanfront room which is so funny because the hotel said that its only $240 to upgrade to the very same room TRAVELTECK was trying to rip us off on.
I will never do business with this travel agency again and will never ever refer a family member here either.
