Trinity Consulting Services, or maybe better known as TCS Foreclosures. I am going to be as brutally honest as possible. When they try to sell you the program, they come off as the nicest people. They call you constantly and make many promises. They pressure you in saying that spots are filling up quickly. The truth of the matter is that their coaching program is mediocre. Almost every week you go over the same material again and again. And spending 2-3 hours a day??? Please, I have invested twice that. I even cut my day job to part time to do the program. Truth of the matter, it was so hard to get leads, and the time is demanding. Lastly, you have to invest so much more money than just the program. Mailings, fax machine, business cards, etc. I never did close any deal. And truthfully, when I demanded my refund as stipulated in the contract, I get no response. It's been 2 months since I've tried ot get my money back and to this day I still haven't. Most of the positive things you see on the web . . . probably are being posted by them. You can even try to call them, they do not call you back. A scam? Not literally, but by all other definitions, it really is.
Check out the link below. It's quite revealing. A person posted a blog asking about TCS. You then see a bunch of negative posts about the company. Then all of a sudden, you see a string of good positive posts. The moderator of the website thought this was fishy, and did some research, and noticed that all of the positive posts were coming from the same IP address. They were doing "damage control". I think that says it all.
