I contacted Trust One Mortgage Banker after opening a marketing letter they had sent to us. My husband and I had been working with a different lender that could not get our FHA Streamline done. I opened the letter and thought that I would give it a try - couldn't hurt!
Jim Murtha, the FHA Streamline Specialist, made our loan process fast, easy and explained everything as we went. Whereas the first company we tried to work with said that we could not complete the FHA Streamline, Trust One and Jim, made it happen!
I thought that our chance of a Streamline was gone after trying to work with that other company! I'm so glad I took a chance and called them!!!
