I've never written a review before but am so impressed that I can't pass up the opportunity to share what an awesome experience this was with Jim Murtha of Trust One. I had talked to a couple of other lenders about a stream line and didn't think it was possible to do this. After receiving several mailings I decided to call and find out what they had to offer. Jim Murtha answered the phone and was so professional and knowledgable. After pulling my credit score, he was so confident, that I decided to just apply and see what would happen. Before I knew it there was a notary ready to come to my house to sign and they picked up all of the cost! It was extremely painless and he took control of everything from start to finish! Before I knew it my mortgage payment was $120.00 less per month. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and this company to anyone...
