We had a very positive experience with our streamline refinance in August, 2010. I had a last second trip out of the country and Jim Murtha immediately e-mailed me all the documents my wife and I needed to complete and sign so the final loan documents could be signed the day after my return. He also let us know exactly what documentation he needed from us. The final docs were ready and signed upon my return, which was the last possible day to get the loan processed by the end of August. The loan was funded 3 days later, 2 days before the deadline. Everything went exactly as Jim said they would. One really can't ask for better customer service than that.
