Removed all my upper teeth. Forged my consent form. Left without teeth. Ruined my looks. They would not refund even half of my money. Contacted care credit and sent all my proof of damage done and forged consent. I was refunded every penny back to me! That should tell you a lot. Banks don't like refunding money. The new office manager Laura (owner) is a liar. This place is the little shop of horrors.
