Office receives NO stars in my book.
Horrible charging and billing; I don't think the receptionist doesn't know what to do in the front. I have a question about my insurance and charges; she doesn't respond in a timely manner, in fact she hasn't responded at all. Every time I go in to that dental office I'm always walking out with a new treatment plan. They are always finding new things to criticize; I think they are not doing their job this first time around. This office is unprofessional.
