Billing scam

Like the rest of the reviewers, we received what appeared to be an invoice for $350.00 (it does say invoice in the right hand corner). We called once and after much probing, we were told that this was not a bill but a solicitation. I decided to call back and asked to see a contract and/or service agreement before we would pay for the service. They took my email address and said they would forward the contract to me. Guess what??? It never arrived.
This is deceptive business practice and it should treated like as a criminal act. That is my opinion....
