VERY poor Customer Service and worse business

10 days ago I ordered parts from this company after 8 days and it still saying they were processing the order I contacted them to find out what was going on. I was told parts were ready to ship and they were waiting to have the parts pickup. I ask if he could assure me the parts would be shipped that day he said NO. I told him to cancel the order he did not. Two business days later the part was still not shipped. After posting bad reviews on them they finally decided to respond, come to find out they didn't have the parts at all nor did they know when they would be able to get them. Once again the stall on canceling the order. I will continue to hunt for places to leave bad reviews on these people until they see fit to cancel the order.
