This company is a SCAM! There is no way in hell they deserve a "B". Anywhere you search their reviews shows a multitude of 1 star reviews from customers who were scammed by them. There are review sites with over 100 reviews with 90% of them complaints and scam alerts for this company which runs Auto Parts Warehouse. BBB is a joke because it is showing this company as trustworthy. They took my order and charged my card but never emailed me an invoice like they promised, and they didn't ship my item overnight as they promised. I called them the following day and tried to get a refund, but was taken in circles, and at one point was put on hold for over 2 hours. When I finally got with a "supervisor" he pickup up the phone, giggled, then hung up on me after I waited FOREVER to get on the phone with them. I have filed fraud charged through my credit card company. No one should be victim to companies like this, as these companies are the reason why other companies can not succeed online due to trust issues.
