I purchased a part from Auto Parts Warehouse which is part of US Auto Parts Network, Inc. The part was defective. I called the company and was told to return it and my Visa would be credited. Two calls later and I still did not receive a credit and the company told me they never got the part back. If I don't receive my credit I will be filing a claim with the Attorney General's Office. I wish I would have looked at the company's BBB reviews before I purchased from them. They are not an honest company and should be ashamed of the way that they try and cheat people.
