I have been receiving calls form UHAP for years now. The people you talk to both speak and act as if they are mentally challenged, but if you call them out on it they change their whole attitude and you find out they are in fact not m.c. at all. I can not believe that they can still be doing this and getting away with it.
This is a perfect example of what's wrong with the morals of our country, when a group such as this could just as easily employ the "real deal" and give people who need a chance to become self sufficient an honest job.
Shame on you, and shame on the govt. of Riverside, CA for letting you get away with this.
