Must say that I agree with the other people that have left replies on here. This has to be the worst company I have dealt with and I hope you read this and save yourself. First the want your money in a savings account to draw interest but won't refund this money until 10 months after you leave think of the money they are getting. THAT IS YOUR MONEY. I had 4 months of no problems with this company then boom just like another person in risk dept. I sent in all the paperwork needed to get this mater taken care of but they wanted more so the sent me a release and my customer signed it and sent it back next day I call to find out were we are and get a person named Chris not the boss but a vp that thinks he is all it. Was told they called my customer and was told amount too high and he did not sign release. How dumb do they think we are I called my customer and indeed he told me no one called him at all and if they would have he would confirm that he got items. United tells me that they think he will file dispute and won't release my funds even with more money in my (trust account I call it)then the transaction the are holding back.. There is more then 1 transaction on this batch and one of those is done every month now you tell me is this a company we should trust or do business with. And like the other people before my don't threaten a law suit just do it I even dare you too. Oh yes by the way one star is way too many only reason they get 1 is Rick the salesman was great, but had no help or control after the sale
