Great company if you like deceptive sales practices, lots of additional fees that are added later on during your contract and customer service that tells you "too bad" when you call to complain about a bunch of fees that were never in your contract. Then, when you call to cancel, customer service has the nerve to ask you to send them a copy of the contract with your new provider so they can point out all hidden fees (I guess United Payment views themselves as the experts in this area).
Be prepared to enjoy several more attempts at canceling and being told different things by different customer service reps about what needs to be in the cancellation letter and what your cancellation fee is. Once you are able to get the 1 page cancellation letter to go thru on their extra slow fax machine that keeps disconnecting, you will be billed a $299 cancellation fee when you were originally told $99. I guess that is less painful than continuing to pay their festival of fees, so I am awarding 1 star instead of zero.
Stay away from this company.
