Dealing with my timeshare that I did not want was not the easiest thing to do. It was a pain to deal with many of the companies that said they would sell my timeshare, but simply scammed me out of my money. I finally received a call from a representative from US Luxury Property Group. The representative I dealt with told me the entire process that was going to take place to sell my time share. I was debating just letting the bank take over my timeshare because I was sick and tired of wasting money on companies that simply took my money. US Luxury Property Group's process seemed a little different from the other companies, so I decided to let them go to work on selling my time share. I received a contract from them within the next day of talking to them. I sent back the contract after calling costumer service with questions, to finalize the agreement. I waited for around a month, then called them to see what the status was. I spoke to the representative I dealt with who told me he was still working on the closing documents. Every time I called their number someone answered, which was nice because I wanted to know the status of my timeshare. The representative thought the sale of my timeshare was going to be done in around 35 days. This was the only thing he said that did not happen exactly as he told me. I did receive the check at around 60 days which made me very relieved. I recommend US Luxury Property Group to anyone who is tired of paying maintenance fees and money to other companies.
