I've found myself in a very bad predicament with Vanguard Capital Group. Our company required equipment so I turned to them for help. For 3 months, beginning in October 2009, We regularly contacted the company about a time frame for the acquisition of funding for the equipment. Their response or rather Chad Lee's response every time was that it would be another week, then 2, 3, and then finally the equipment vendor sold the equipment required for our business. Because of this we've requested a refund of the $1500 deposit paid Vanguard Capital Group. Vanguard Capital Group, a.k.a (Vanguard Capital Partners), LLC at (4540 Campus Drive Suite 111) located in (Newport Beach, CA 92660) or (6B Liberty Suite 215 in Aliso Viejo, CA 92656), now refuses to refund our deposit. Here is my suggestion to others who may be going through this or have been through this situation, contact The Federal Trade Commission (1-877-382-4357), as we have and before taking legal action, and file a report. The more reports of wrong doing that The Federal Trade Commission has in their system the faster/sooner they will launch an investigation into this very unscrupulous company.
