I have been waiting for a missing part that was not included in my order for over 3 weeks. I have left 5 messages over the past week & a 1/2 on their "Customer Service Line", in an attempt to find out why my missing part has not arrived. I can't even sit in the chair that I ordered until I get that part! When I originally called, I was told that the part would be rushed to me and that I would receive an email regarding the missing part. I have received neither. I also have received NO return phone calls. I will be reporting this to the BBB.
DON'T SHOP HERE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
