This is a very difficult organization to contact. Two months ago we received movies which we never ordered, nor had we even joined the club. The movies were returned unopened, our credit card contacted and the charge removed as fraudulent.
Today we received movies again, nothing we ordered or agreed to pay for. And we have not joined the club. How they got our information is beyond me and I have been unable to reach them by phone. Nor have they yet responded to my email queries.
We thus received unsolicited movies and were made members when we never joined. We cannot reach them by phone, stuck on hold forever and ever, nor can we get a response by email. We do not wish to be members nor do we want these movies.
They should make it much easier to reach them when things like this occur. And they should definitely respond more promptly to situations like ours.
