Hello,
I'm sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at Waterworks Aquatics. For the last four years, Waterworks has been teaching children from the age of 4 months old and up and during that time, we have seen parents come back month after month and year after year to see their children progress in the pool. Our first priority is to provide children with a safe and comfortable environment to learn how to swim. I hope that all of our Waterworks family’s have a pleasant experience while enrolled in our school and I am VERY sorry you had a negative experience with your instructor and our policies.
First, I want to make sure your classes are correctly credited and your child gets the swim time you paid for. I want your experience at Waterworks to exceed expectations.
Second, we have an amazing staff of dedicated instructors who care deeply about their student’s development. If you are not satisfied with your instructor, please let me know and I can correct the situation.
I want to invite you, and any parent who has a question about Waterworks policy, to call me so we can rectify the situation immediately.
