i contacted this agency to help me in locating a residence to rent and after multiple calls asking for response, e-mailing updates on rentals i've had not one call back. the properties in question that i called never once responded and i'm out 160.00 and have many phone records, witnesses, twin sister, boyfriend, and son's to prove it. I first called in regards to a rental in fontana and that's the main reason i went to this business, asking first if it had been rented and "angie" stated that it was still available and i've called this number and for a week straight it goes to voicemail. i even called the agency and they stated they'd call her and have her call me back!!!!..guess what? that never happened either. I'm now in the process to see what my legal options are so beware of this business. I have good credit history and background; job, references, etc.my rating is 0 and am now cautious about doing business with an agency that requires $ before any information is given
