Awful customer service and quality of product

I was told that I would receive a new vacuum after I decided to purchase. The demonstrator was great, but his team leader wanted nothing more than to get out of there as soon as I purchased. He refused to let the demonstrator give me a new vacuum instead of the demo. He did not even give me new attachments. No phone number to get a hold of anyone, only a fax number. Ridiculous!
