Zak is really nice, until there's an issue. We ordered a lot of granite tile from him. When it was deliverewd we found some broken. Zak told us to bring it back whenever. When we did bring it back a week after speaking to him, he was "leaving town" and "sold the shop." Said there was nothing he could do. He wouldn't tell us where he purchased it, either. I asked for him to stand behind what he told us and he screamed that we needed to speak to his lawyer as he scuffled off to the back of his shop.
Working with Zak is as much fun as sliding down a 50 foot razor blade. This guy is shifty- I am guessing he will re-open in another business somewhere nearby and start ripping unsuspecting victims off soon.
You'll know him- Middle eastern, extremely white fake teeth and will promise you anything. He doesn't care as long as he gets your money. And be careful, everyone I know who has done business with him has had their credit card double billed.
