This is taking forever

"I was very happy with my computer when I first got it, and then for the next 10 months things were great! The computer always got a little hot, but I didn't think much of it. Then the connector for the AC adapter started melting. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new ac adapter with an $80 deposit until they received my old broken one. I sent it back, and apparently they didn't receive it. My fault for not getting delivery confirmation or a tracking number I guess...
The new ac adapter melted too, and then when I tried to take it out, it had melted around the prong inside the computer and it came clean off! So I sent an email asking if I could send in the computer, and they didn't respond for a LONG time. So I called customer service, and after I was on hold for a good half hour, I got someone on the phone and then he put me on hold for a good 15 minutes while he "started up the databases." So after a while he gave me an RMA number and I sent it in. I sent the new AC adapter they had sent me because it had melted too and I wanted my $80 deposit back. I found a new Adapter on amazon for my computer specifically for about $35 anyway.
So it's been 2 and a half weeks and I emailed for a status update on the repairs, and they said I need to allow 2 weeks for them to repair it. So this is apparently going to take over a month? This is ridiculous. If there is any ibuypower representative monitoring this, I will gladly raise my one star rating if you take care of my issues. I have sent many emails and spent a lot of time on hold on customer service. Repairing a computer should not take this long. I am very fed up with your unorganized company."
