This company seems to be the same as Integrated Card Services, LLC a Agoura Hills, Ca. Business. However, they are direct linked to iPayment, Inc. website, where as the other is linked to International Card Services, LLC and Incorp Services, Inc. Intergrated Card Services has a "canceled" status with the California State Corporaton Commission website. Canceled reason on SOS.CA.gove site states, payment returned or company cancelled their corporation.
I would suggest using another company to process your card needs.
