Stay away from this company! The nightmare started with 1st American Card Services which uses iPayment for merchant support and billing. On several occasions I called to dispute charges that were not agreed on/disclosed up front. I was promised one thing but in reality it never happened. Eventually, I submitted a request to have the account closed…twenty days later it’s still open and I’m being billed for services I no longer use. Every time I called I was told a different story by different customer service reps. When I requested to speak with a manger I was told "there are none". This company is notorious for charging fees for as long as they can. Customer service is poor, inconsistent and incompetent.
