My husband & I were contacted by a family about 6, 7 months ago concerning are Vacation Village at Bonaventure unit we had been trying to sell for sometime. We had listed it with 2 companies prior so we assumed that that was how they came in contact with our property listing. They had apparently been financed & Pre approved through Premier Vacation Solutions who've also provided them with our listing in addition to a few other families who also owned at our resort. After sending us an array of paperwork including a Pre-Approval letter from the financing company as well as having a family friend who is an attorney look at the documents we agreed that we didn't have much to lose, I mean we had NEVER been contacted by an actual purchasing family before so we figured why not? My husband deposited $1,500.00 into an established company escrow with the purchasing families funds and basically put our trust in this company that they would handle this transaction without any problems and besides a fee on behalf of Vacation Village that the purchasing family deposit covered & a first right or refusal form which they assured us was just a formality of each individual resort everything happened according to the closing schedule they set and we received a visit from a courier service that provided us with a bill of sale and our check for the sale of or unit.
