Paradise Dream Travel "Free" Bahamas cruises, legitimate or scam?

Does anybody know anything about Paradise Dreams Travel & Tours and their telephone solicitation for free cruises out of Ft Lauderdale, Fla? Even though they promote the cruise as being free they say it is necessary for participants to up front payment of port of entry fees of $199.00 or more per person in advance in order to reserve cruise opportunity for up to 18 months? I also found the person on the phone to be purposefully vague as well as pushy to get commitment. They also say these 3 day Bahamas Cruises to the Bahamas are booked on Carnival cruise Lines.

Any info anyone can provide will be appreciated. I am very skeptical of legitimacy of their offer. Help!
