Response to David S. Manager of Diamond Studs Wholesale to my Review of June 10 which has now somehow disappeared - BEWARE

David, Your response to my previous review is as misleading as your sales practices. I did not purchase a poor color, in fact, I purchased the color suggested by your sales agent. They were H, hardly a lower grade color. What you did not mention during the sales process or in your response to my 6/10 review is that you use diamonds from India. In your own words, "diamonds from India are known to have a heavier waiting on the bottom of the stone, resulting in a smaller appearance. That's how we are able to sell them so cheap". Nowhere on your site is that disclosed. So when studs arrive that are smaller than those that I shopped for at retail, it looks and feels like a "bait and switch". As for the box, your site says "free luxury box" it doesn't say free luxury box for purchases over $1,500. Finally, you seeking me out after I left a supposedly anonymous review, and becoming belligerent about my honest review of my experience, coupled with your inaccurate response to my review are further proof that future customers should look elsewhere.

George, we are here for our customers 100%. If you're not happy with the merchandise, you have 30 days to simply send it back for a full refund, no questions asked. If you have any other questions / concerns please contact us.
