Buyer beware,
This company never provided an estimate, and the service tech who arrived said it wouldn't take anytime at all to repair, but did not have appropriate galvanized steel piping, and sleeves to repair the water main leak 1 1/4 " pipe.The emergency repair should have taken less then one hour, simply cut the leaking portion out and repair with coupling and sleeve. After spending the entire day driving around to find $50 worth of PVC couplings and pipe he ended up charging me $498.95. I paid and contacted the "owner" within a few days to discuss the bill, and rates. I was never able to contact him, and after several calls and msgs he never returned my calls. Date of the service was 7/19/09, job #2210, invoice 2210
I would not recommend this company.
