Do not use this company if you have any reasonable expectations of on time arrival! We have ordered from them in the past with fine results. We ordered the first week in Sept with a stated 10-12 day time production/delivery. For weeks we were given every excuse in the book why the columns did not ship. When they finally arrived 6 weeks later, the delivery truck gave us a 3 minute call before drop off. Obviously, we couldn't get sufficient manpower to unload the truck of 500 lbs of columns in 3 minutes. Then the driver wanted to refuse allow us to inspect the columns before signing the bill of lading. PC's invoice specifically says to inspect before accepting or they won't be responsible for any issues. Do yourself a favor, order somewhere else. Don't know what is wrong here, but this company has really changed for the worse.
