DON'T TRUST PAUL WOODS

My wife and I are an elderly couple that live on a fixed income. For about a year, Paul did some work around the house and did an OK job. He gained our trust and then on Dec. 29, 2012 he told us that he was in a real financial mess and could we loan him
$1,000 with the money to be paid back by January 7, 2013. We made him sign a statement to that effect and took a copy of his--what we thought was his California license, but it turned out to be and Identification Card with only his P O Box on it. We know he
lives in Spring Valley Lake but do not know where. We talked to him via phone many times and each time he promised he'd get the money when some guy pays him what he owes him. It is now June 12, 2013 and no money. We can see by the other reviews that this is
a pattern and we feel he should be criminally prosecuted--if we can find him.
