Please do not use this organization for your Dental needs. I have many stories, but not enough time. The zinger was after using this dental group for over 6 years I received a letter from a collection agency stating I owed them over $3000. What? I always paid in full when services were rendered and out of the blue I receive a collection notice. Not a phone call. Not a letter or any correspondence at all. Just a notification from a collection agency. It appears many charges were not submitted correctly to the insurance or Smilecare misinformed us of the real charges or whatever the problem might have been. They never worked with me to resolve the issue and now I'm considering legal counsel based on the mere principle on how they handled this matter.
Go somewhere else or you'll get a big surprise years down the road.
