We are a family customer of Smilecare Dentistry and are not satisfied of the corp procedure at Santa Ana.Their employees gave you a co-pay amount for the service--we always pay in full before the services. But a few weeks afterward,the Corp at Santa Ana always say the insurance co.do not cover this and that and charge us many times more,a few hundred dollars--this is unethical practice.We want to share this bad practice with others.Suggest that the BBB should enforce the rating if it is under C or 3 stars to warn the costumers.
