They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.

You're right, the company has a B- grade probably because of their length of time in business. 8 months isn't a sufficient amount of time to have a true indication of a company's track record in the marketplace. At this time, they've received no complaints at the West Palm Beach BBB. I looked at their website and see they're offering loan modification services.
