How is it possible for Mesa Garage Doors to have an A- rating?

I would like to know as i sit here scanning BBB companies how a company with no complaints in three years gets a B- rating and a complete sham of a company like Mesa Garage Doors can have upwards of 100 compliants and still manages to have an A- rating. Its obvious that the BBB is slowly losing its own credibility when this happens, as the rumor grows and grows it seems to have some truth to the fact that the BBB is in the business of collecting dues and those who pay...get to play. You better get your act together, because everyone that gets ripped of by this so called garage door company is going to start looking to you for answers as to why they can no longer trust the BBB.

Marcus,
Better Business Bureau assigns a company is determined by a scoring algorithm that includes such elements as its type of business, length of time in business, compliance with competency licensing requirements, complaint volume, complaint history, seriousness of complaints, complaint response behavior, whether or not the business has committed to our standards, and our experience with the industry that the business is in (some are more problematic than others). Complaint generation risk and companies' resolution behaviors have been tracked and scored by BBBs across the nation for the past one hundred years. Our perspective and methods still stand the test of time and are an important and valid tool and benchmark for both consumers and businesses for evaluating marketplace interactions.
However, if you would provide the information for the company inwhich has the B- rating, I may directly address that report.
