I see some old government action and a huge number of complaints so I am not sure why there is no rating.

They are still in business! Can you believe it?? They are trying to operate under Uniters North America, LLC. GCS is being forced into bankruptcy because they are dragging out the process. There is a court hearing on September 10th at the WPB courthouse, room 11D, off Dixie Hwy at 8:45am. In response to Rick's reply- their rating is a D+ but they don't care, they are trying to switch the company name but continue running business in the same manner. They have picked their top money making account, such as Macys and JC Pennys, and are telling all other customers they are bankrupt. Liars!
