This company is taking advantage of consumers daily. They are located at 7112 CANBY AVE RESEDA, CA 91335 Phone: (888) 777-9972 They have mulitple address and are also affiliated with Kings Van Lines Inc. The Burnet address is the exact address as there current one. As a consumer looking into numerous quotes I recieved. I did extensive research on each company. This one concerned me. I spoke with someone within the sales office who specifically told me that his own sales team writes bogus possittive reviews on your website daily, so that the negetaive once go to the bottom. I am a very concerned consuemer, as I turn to the BBB for most of my business needs. How could this be? Does no body check these companies? The company has multiple address with the same number linking the owner to Kings van lines Inc in Van Nuys. They go by R&C relocation and R and C relocation. For all consumers, I suggest it is looked into. Thank you, Concerned Consumer.

My parents called their credit card company and canceled payment. They soon received a call from an R&C manager who apologized. He said their furniture was still in Arizona and that he would personally see to it that a new truck would be provided. I will post updates as I get them. Thanks for the response.

Isaac from R&C called me last night to explain where my parents furniture was. He said it is safe and being stored in their facility while they endeavored to find a contractor, up to their standards, to complete the move to Montana. He had been contacted by a police detective at the request of my parents. He said that transporting to Montana was difficult. (How is this more difficult than any other state?) He explained that my parents' move had been combined with another larger move. However the larger move fell through leaving them with just my parents' move. He said they are now losing money on this deal. I stated that they had contracted to make this move and were obligated. I suggested they provide a refund and that we obtain another mover. He said he would be happy to provide a refund- but there would be additional charges for storage! Unbelievable. They would charge for storing the furniture they were contracted to move to Montana. Finally, he said he would contact their legal department to see what adjustment could be done. He will call me when they obtain transportation to let me know the furniture is on its way. I have advised my parents to consult with an attorney.
