Thanks Bill and Steve for your imput. I did find that information Bill and why I was questioning them. Though they are going thru the Law Center which is handling the class action lawsuit. Steve I emailed my contact and he did say that is what the lawsuit was =] Are these legit?! I really am at my last straw and I'm tired of getting the runaround. Please either one of you respond. Thanks so much. I hate to say this but karma will come back around for all these people that screw with people's lives...even these banks. I swear I worked in the mortgage industry prior to the market crashing and its embarrassing for me to want to get back into it, but I would like to make a change. Its the american dream to buy and own your own home and you have such greedy pigs working this system, its pathetic =]
