I attached their BBB report. They are members and have a very good rating. I reviewed two complaints they have on file and they are typical for this industry.

One alleges they cut up her jewelry after they obtained permission to test it. The other was about wanting their gold back after the transaction and cashing the check. The company's response was that all transactions are final and have signs posted all over the store that state this.

Should you elect to sell your gold, be sure to understand what they do to test your jewelry, how much they buy it for and understand their store policies to avoid any confustions or misunderstandings.
