Has anybody else dealt with the company name M.R. Carter, as far as reducing the interest rate on your credit cards. If so were they successful?
Thanks

Sophie,
I linked their BBB report above for you to check out their report. They have had several complaints and have one positive and one negative review. The negative review is pretty descriptive, you should take a look.
Check out the New Rules that apply to credit cards in the link below: http://www.la.bbb.org/GIReport.aspx?DocumentID=177
You may also contact the Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ since they regulate the credit card industry.

Thanks for your info. I think I am going to hold off on doing anything with this company. It just sounded pretty good. Thanks again for your feedback. It really helped!
