Submit a complaint to your state attorney general and file a complaint with the BBB. You are not the only victim. The FL AG has already sued this company and maybe you can join in on any restitution that results. Is there any chance you used a credit card and could dispute the charge? The truth is, it will be very difficult to recover your money.

I too was ripped off by Auto Relief group. They said they would refund my 296.00 since they could not help me with a car loan modification. That was in May it is now July 8 2010 and the kicker is they have not call or are not recieving calls now. What mess !!!!
